It is a primers having a good penetration feature, that is the chemical resistant, as well as a high mechanical strength. It fills up the capillary spaces of the concrete floors, increases the strength and serves as a bridge system for the next Polyurea coating to be applied. As a single agent, it can be also used to prevent the concrete from giving off a cloud of dust.
